RATES
We strive to offer the most competitive rates in the industry. Ship your items from as low as USD $3.91 for 0.5 lbs (see full rate page).Use the shipping calculator below to estimate your Freight, Customs Duties & Taxes. INSURANCE
At the time of sign up, you have the option to chose to insure all your packages, this insurance will cover your valuables in the unlikely event of loss or damages. Your package will be covered at the invoice value for $1.00 USD per $100.00 USD value of goods. If your package did not come with an invoice RPM will automatically cover the package for $100.00 USD.
To minimise the risk of damage to your items we require all items delivered to us to follow standard packaging guidelines.

HAZARDOUS ITEMS
You may be surprised at the many common everyday items that can become hazardous when onboard an aircraft.
Here at RPM Express Couriers, we ensure our cargo does not endanger anyone while in route, for this reason,
we have put together a special Hazardous items list to ensure your items do not get held back.
We also want to offer peace of mind on any items you ship with us, you can opt in to insure your packages for $1.00 USD per $100.00 USD value of goods at the time of signup.
WHAT IS A PRE-ALERT
A pre-alert is a way for you to let us know you have a package in transit to our Miami warehouse. By doing this you provide information such as the original tracking number and an invoice, which then allows us to process your package quicker when it arrives in Miami. Uploading your invoice to us, minimises the risk of being overcharged by Customs and Excise and we can present this information to them accurately.
HOW DO I PRE-ALERT
Log in to your account via the website or the RPM Customer App. To pre-alert your package you will need the original tracking number for the package, supplier, brief description of the item and the value of your purchase. You will be required to upload an invoice in pdf, jpg, doc or xlsx and png.
This is a quick, easy and convenient way to collect your packages at our Trincity office whilst staying in the comfort of your vehicle.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Pay for your package online via our RPM Customer App
Press Curbside Pickup at the top of the Home screen
Select package/s you would like to pick up
Enter the vehicle number and select a pickup time
Park in the allotted Curbside Pickup parking spots
Connect to our free WiFi RPM Guest network. No data ? Connect to our free WiFi RPM Guest network and open the RPM Express Couriers App or website. Click on Curbside Pickup and then “I'm here” and we will come out and deliver your packages to you.
Fees are being calculated on the CIF value of your purchase (Cost + Insurance + Freight)
