INSURANCE

At the time of sign up, you have the option to choose to insure all your packages, this insurance will cover the value of your package in the unlikely event of loss or damage. Your package will be covered at the value of $1.00 USD per $100.00 USD value of goods. If your package did not come with an invoice RPM will automatically cover the package for $100.00 USD.

CARE AND PACKAGING

Please ensure all packages meet the guidelines of standard packaging to keep items safe while in transit. Your packages must meet the following rules.

All items must be securely wrapped in a box

Use Packing materials to avoid movement during transit

Boxes should be taped securely

Be sure your vendors and suppliers are using sheets of packing paper, bubblewrap, or foam for packaging when needed. This process helps to avoid damage while in transit and fill in empty box space.
If your packages do not meet these requirements, you will be charged a repackaging fee.
